RV Site Rules & Regulations

RV’s must be well maintained and in excellent overall condition, and no older than 2010. RV’s 15 years and older are allowed ONLY at the sole discretion of the RV manager. RV’s must be in good repair and free from leaks, exposed wiring, rust, etc. RV’s must have the equipment required to lawfully travel on the road in the State of Utah. Window air conditioning units are not allowed.

Parking/Vehicle Regulations:

Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle for a standard site. Large and XL premium sites are allowed up to 5 vehicles, depending on site size.  Tents, school buses, and bus conversions are not allowed without the written permission of the manager. Long term tenants must register all vehicles/trailers with management.

Guest vehicles must be at the wellhouse (refer to site map). Parking on an empty site or on the street is not permitted unless given permission by management. If guests are parked in an empty site, the tenant they are visiting will be charged the nightly rate of the parked in site to the card on file.

Hotel Facility Regulations

Hotel Restroom and Showers are available to RV guests from 9 AM to 8 PM. RV guests must be respectful of the hotel facilities and leave showers and laundry room clean and tidy, or their privileges will be revoked. Shower time should be 20 minutes or less. No smoking in bathrooms or hotel facilities. Iron Spring Resort is not responsible for theft or damage to person(s) or personal property.

The laundry room is in the Yellow Building behind the hotel and available 24 hours a day (refer to the site map for laundry codes and location). Any laundry left in a washer or dryer for longer than 24 hours will be removed by management if not picked up or changed. Please be considerate of other guests using the machines and only use one washer/dryer at a time.  

Access to hotel facilities are only for registered guests. No unaccompanied minors allowed. If a long-term tenant has visitors wanting to use the facilities, they need to be registered and approved with management before their stay.  

RV Site Maintenance/Rules

Sites must be free of debris and clutter such as wood piles, boxes, empty flowerpots, etc. Garbage must be promptly put in the dumpster and not outside your RV door. Any outdoor furniture must be intended for outside use and must be kept orderly.

Permanent or Semi-permanent fixtures including sheds, porches, fences, walkways, or similar equipment shall not be installed. Skirting, blocking up, or tying down recreational vehicles is not permitted. All exterior decks and stairs must be removed when you leave.  

A $150 clean-up fee will be charged to your credit card for any debris and/or animal waste left behind after your stay. Guests are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground/resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.).  

The following are NOT allowed on sites (including under the RV):

No clothes lines or hanging laundry

No appliances outside the RV

No storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under your rig if kept orderly)

Fireworks are not permitted on the property

No repairs or maintenance may be done in the park, except by approved park mobile services. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the park.

Quiet Time is from   10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. You may be asked to leave the premises if this is not respected.

Self-contained BBQ grills are permissible but may not be left unattended. Open flame campfires are only allowed in designated fire puts as provided/approved by manager.

The speed limit within the Resort is 10 MPH. No motorbikes, all-terrain vehicles, motorized scooters, golf carts, or other motorized vehicles shall be driven on the grounds by an unlicensed driver.

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome but must be kept on leashes (six-foot max. length) or inside and must not be left unattended outside of RV. Limit to 2 domesticated pets unless written permission is given by management. Owners must disclose breeds of pets upon arrival. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be taken outside of the RV Park sites to use the bathroom and RVers are required to immediately clean up and dispose of all droppings created by their pet(s).

Pets are not allowed in any Iron Springs Resort buildings, bathrooms or playground areas. They cannot be left outside.

No large dog breeds (over 65 pounds). No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans. Wolf hybrids are not permitted.  Any dog breed that acts aggressively is not permitted. If your dog exhibits this type of behavior or complaints from other guests' management will ask you to please find other camping accommodations. Management will make certain exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

The maximum number of guests is 6 per RV, but immediate family can be up to 8 guests per site.
